Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
PayPams- Online Payments
PayPams allows you to put money in your student's account online. Most payments are immediate, but please allow up to three days for processing. You may also view account balances, view daily spending, and set up email alerts free of charge. Checking your child's account is easier than ever with PayPams mobile, available for Apple and Android systems (free).
Send Check or Cash
You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID number, and the check number. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
If your student has withdrawn or graduated from Noblesville Schools, please complete the below form and return to Noblesville Educational Service Center- Food Services.
In order to ensure meal prices can remain low, Noblesville Schools have a limited meal charging policy that is strictly enforced. Grades K-5 may charge a meal up to 3 times. After 3 charges, the student will receive a Light Lunch. Grades 6-12 cannot not charge a meal. If a student does not have money, they will receive Light Lunch. Light Lunches consist of either a cheese sandwich or a soy butter sandwich with fruit or veggie and milk. There is no charge for this meal. You can keep track of your child's balance the following ways:
- Register with PayPams. This allows parents to view their child's account at anytime free of charge. You may also sign up for email alerts when student balances are low.
- School Messenger calls parent's when student accounts are low every Monday and Thursday.
- Cashiers remind students in line when their balance is getting low.
